Includes:

  • Search engine optimization copy primer based on our findings and knowledge
  • Custom design of 20-page web site with two concepts, three rounds of changes to design concepts, and two rounds of changes to text content
  • Development of meta keywords and tags and one-time submission to major search engines [does not guarantee placement]
  • Choice of stock photos from our library, or we can purchase or use your own
  • One form that emails to you
  • Additional pages are based on size of site

Web hosting—$135/year

  • Annual web site hosting done locally, with 24 hour technical support
  • Domain name registration for one year
  • Nearly unlimited disk space
  • Over 25GB monthly transfer allotment
  • Unlimited personalized mailboxes with no limits on sending or receiving; SPAM protection available
  • AWStats or Google Analystics web site statistics tracking, including referring sites and search engines, number of hits, viewer locations and peak browsing times

Web maintenance "no worries" package—$1,500/year
Includes:

  • Unlimited changes to text, graphics and additional pages

WordPress content management system "you do it" package—starts at $500
Includes:

  • Installation of WordPress as a CMS, allowing the client the freedom to add/delete pages, update content and leave the overall design intact3
  • The ability to add in "widgets" for extra calendars and other value-added tools
  • No on-going costs or maintenance fees

"Get it done" brochure—starts at $450

Includes:

  • One concept for a trifold brochure
  • Three rounds of changes
  • Free printing quote1

Logo and stationery package—$2,000

Includes:

  • Custom design of your business logo with 3 concepts and 2 rounds of changes
  • Custom design of business card, letterhead, second sheet, #9 envelope, mailing label1
  • Free printing quote1

Email marketing—$375

Includes:

  • One concept of custom-designed email template with 2 rounds of changes to design
  • Personalized email sent to up to 1,000 email addresses2
  • Personalized report web site with all statistics, including who has read your email and when, and visited links
  • Subsequent newsletters or promotions are sent at production hourly rate

One half of the fee is due upon acceptance of a package, and the balance is due upon acceptance of project. If these terms are not met, you will be assessed finance charges and the collections process will begin.
